Is the Hague’s War Crimes Court anything more than an irrelevant hypocrisy? The news that Ivica Dacic (a former close colleague of Slobodan Milosevic) is almost certainly going to be the next Serbian Prime Minister should give everyone connected to the real world where morality counts pause for thought. Mladic prosecution make 'subtle' mistake -
Telegraph: "Mladic trial delayed after prosecutors' error"
At the end of the second day of the hearing in the Hague, Alphons Orie said he was delaying the Yugoslav war crimes tribunal because prosecutors had not fulfilled their obligation to share all their evidence with Mladic's lawyers. He said judges were still analyzing the "scope and full impact" of the error and he aimed to establish a new starting date "as soon as possible". Court officials estimate that “millions of pages” contained in “tens of thousands of documents” were not disclosed to the defence as they should have been under the UN court’s rules. (...) >>>

Infowars: "Ratko Mladic Arrest: the Uses and Hypocrisy of U.N. “Genocide”", by Eric Pottenger and Jeff Friesen
The meaning behind the media response is clear: the arrest last Thursday of the so-called “Butcher of Bosnia,” General Ratko Mladic, is being deliberately used as a well-timed propaganda weapon in the ongoing war by globalists against the national sovereignty of countries around the world. A survey of the mainstream media accounts of the arrest reveal that the specific details of the crimes attributed to Mladic have been cast aside completely. Perhaps the same will be said of his forthcoming trial in the Hague–only time will tell. The real judgment against Mladic, however, will be formed in the court of public opinion. And it is in this venue where indictments–usually hypocritical–and slogans–usually trite–function as evidence. It is here where language and imagery is used to conjure up the worst genocidal massacres in world history. There is a craft at work here. For the audience to be effectively persuaded, emotion must take the place of reason. (...) >>>

The transnational cabal - Mabel Wisse Smit spells trouble. She's been involved with a well known gangster, Klaas Bruinsma as well as the former Bosnian Foreign Minister, Mohammed Sacirbey, who'se done jail time for fraud. Currently she's involved in the SoroS funded European Council on Foreign Relations with connections to the Trilateral Commission -
- DutchBat surrender to General Mladic - |
In his meticulously documented book, Dutch researcher Pieter Seibelt documents how Mabel Wisse Smit, (the wife of Dutch Prince Friso, and former director of the Soros Foundation office in Brussels) and her then lover Bosnian Foreign Minister Mohammed Sacirbey were aware of the tensions between the Serbs and Muslims in Srebrenica but chose to underplay it - together with Muslim leaders who provoked the Serbs and also targetted the Dutch peacekeepers (The Blue Helmets), in order to orchestrate a situation which would garner world sympathy and money for the Muslim cause.
This strategy worked, since the Bosnian Muslims have been able to use this event to this day to gain support and funding from the West. Without anyone recalling that it was Bosnian Muslims who were photographed gleefully holding the decapitated heads of Serbs which they pushed into a box with their booted feet.
One media savvy group of Bosnian Muslims hired a PR firm to 'spin' the 'massacre' as a from of Holocaust genocide to wealthy Jewish groups in the United States, (The Bnei Brith, ADL, and American Jewish Committee) whose knee jerk reaction obscured the small fact that the very same Bosnian Muslims had formed an Islamist SS brigade during WWII under the leadership of Hitler's ally, Grand Mufti Al Husseini. The Hanjers (sabre division) wore a deathshead insignia on their fezes and volunteered to help implement the Final Solution.

World court hands out life sentence -
Breitbart: "Two Bosnian Serbs get life for Srebrenica genocide"
Two Bosnian Serbs were convicted Thursday of genocide and sentenced to life imprisonment for the 1995 massacre of Muslims in Srebrenica—the harshest judgment ever delivered by the U.N. war crimes tribunal on the Balkan wars. A third Bosnian Serb officer was given a 35-year prison sentence for aiding and abetting genocide. Two others were acquitted of genocide charges but convicted of extermination, murder and persecution, while a final two officers were found guilty of lesser charges of war crimes.
It was a dramatic conclusion to the largest trial conducted by the tribunal since it was set up in 1993 to prosecute the worst war crimes offenders even while the fighting was still under way among the ethnic groups in the disintegrating Yugoslavia. The verdict could have an indirect bearing on the trial of former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic, which began last year following his capture in Belgrade in 2008. (...) >>>

RNW: "Karadzic trial suspended again"
The trial of former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic has again been suspended, pending a defence team appeal asking for more time to prepare their case. Karadzic had threatened to boycott Wednesday’s session, saying he wasn’t ready to cross-examine the first two prosecution witnesses expected to be called tomorrow. But at the end of today’s hearing, presiding judge O-Gon Kwon ruled that, in the interest of a fair trial, the court would wait for an appeals chamber ruling before continuing with the case. (...)
One of the two genocide charges relate to the massacre of close to 8,000 Muslim men and boys in the Bosnian city of Srebrenica. But Karadzic told the war crimes tribunal today that Serbian forces entered the enclave in an effort to restore peace. He also rejected claims that his forces took United Nations peacekeepers hostage near the town, arguing that, by definition, combatants are taken prisoner and cannot be held hostage.
Karadzic gave his version of the events of July 1995 during the second day of his opening statement before the ICTY. He also addressed the 44-month long siege of Sarajevo on Tuesday. But he told the tribunal that Sarajevo was "not a city under siege, it was a city divided." (...) >>>

Karadzic: we fought Islamism -
Image by Getty Images via Daylife
Telegraph: "Radovan Karadzic: war against 'Islamist goals' of Muslims was 'just'"
(...) ”I stand before you not to defend the mere mortal that I am but to defend the greatness of a small nation in Bosnia and Herzegovina which for 500 years has had to suffer and has demonstrated of modesty and perseverance to survive in freedom,” he told the court in his opening statement. ”I will defend that nation of ours and their cause that is just and holy. We have a good case. We have good evidence and proof.”
(...) Beginning his defence his against 11 counts of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity, he traced the origins of the conflict to the rejection by Bosnia's Muslim leadership of power-sharing proposals.
”The Serbs were the party that made concessions for the sake of preserving peace and they were never in favour of a war solution,” he said.
The Bosnian conflict between Serbs, Croats and Muslims resulted from the break-up of the former Yugoslavia which was in turn caused by American and European recognition of breakaway states, said Karadzic. Karadzic quoted George Kenney, a US State Department official, telling Alija Izetbegovic, a Bosnian Muslim leader to block negotiations and to “hold out for a unitary Bosnian state”.
He accused a “conspiracy core” of fundamentalists of having tried to create an Islamic state with Western support. ”They had an Islamist goal. They wanted 100 per cent power as it was in the days of the Ottoman Empire. There were fundamental goals changing the destiny of a whole region,” he said. “They want Islamic fundamentalism and wanted it from 1991 to 1995.”
By supporting Bosnian secession from Yugoslavia, Karadzic claimed, Western powers led by Germany, Serbia's old World War Two enemy, triggered the civil war. “The German victory was complete when its former adversaries from World War Two were doing their work from them,” he said. Karadzic also quoted Ruud Lubbers, the Dutch Prime Minister in 1991, warning that German pressure for unilateral independence of Croatia and Slovenia would lead to civil war. ”The German government was pressing for recognition against the resistance of other European countries. The result was a catastrophe,” Mr Lubbers said, according to Karadzic.
The defendant, 64, accused Bosnian Muslims of “war tricks” by bussing in corpses and artificial body parts to stage atrocities in Sarajevo during the 44 month siege of the city where 12,000 civilians were killed. (...) After initially boycotting the opening of his trial last October, Karadzic has pleaded not guilty for charges carrying the penalty of life imprisonment. (...) >>>

Netherlands easing opposition to Serbia -
We're expanding this file hitherto entitled, "The Proceedings at ICTY" to affairs generally pertaining to Serbia as the tranzie bogeyman. The new label: Serbia in the Dock.
Today the news that the Netherlands is finally giving up its uniquely vindictive opposition to Serbia shedding its paria status, which presumably they feel they "owe" the Muslim families of Srebrenica - it's about time they got over that historical construct.

The asshats at court: following the short bulletin of this afternoon, NRC just posted a tearjerker with very little else than this (no wonder the UNSC has had it with these dossier maulers):
"At 9 a.m. exactly the presiding judge, Kwon O-Gon from South Korea, entered the courtroom together with the two other judges. Kwon O-Gon stared intently at the chair where the accused was supposed to sit. The blue chair was empty. Noting the absence, Kwon adjourned the hearing until Tuesday and issued an appeal, to "again encourage Mr. Karadzic to attend the proceedings." (...) >>>

The trial against Karadzic was set to begin today, but has now been postponed till tomorrow. We're waiting for a news release from the NRC newspaper who have had an email interview with him. The dossier is said to count 1 million pages. Legal counsel, Goran Petronijevic has pointed out that the Prosecution has had 13 years to make their case, while the accused has not had even 13 months. They've requested the Tribunal for a postponement of the proceedings. The UN Security Council is also in a hurry to close the Tribunal since the upkeep is very expensive. More news later on today or tomorrow.

NRC: "Karadzic plans to boycott own trial"
Radovan Karadzic says he intends to boycott the start of his trial, which is set to begin in The Hague next Monday. The former Bosnian Serb politician says he has been given insufficient time to prepare his defence. Karadzic stated his intention in a letter to the judges of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY).
But a spokesperson for the tribunal said the Karadzic trial will still begin on Monday as planned. "It is up to the judges to decide if the trial gets postponed, not to Mr. Karadzic," the spokesperson said. Karadzic, the former president of the Republika Srpska, faces genocide charges and nine counts of war crimes and crimes against humanity during the civil war in Bosnia-Herzegovina (1992-1995). NRC: "Former ICTY spokesperson sentenced to 7,000-euros fine"
Florence Hartmann, the former spokesperson for the Yugoslavia Tribunal in The Hague, has been fined 7,000 euros for contempt of court because she quoted confidential court documents in her book. Yugoslavia Tribunal judge Bakone Moloto ruled that Hartman was guilty of "obstructing justice" by quoting from confidential court documents in her book Paix et Châtiment (2007) and in the article Vital genocide documents concealed (2008). (...)
In her book Hartman accused the judges of the Yugoslavia Tribunal (ICTY) of having purposely kept evidence against Serbia from the International Court of Justice (ICJ), at a time when it was deliberating a complaint filed by Bosnia-Herzegovina against Serbia. The ICJ ruled in February 2007 that Serbia had not committed genocide during the 1992-1995 Bosnia war. It did find that genocide was committed in the Muslim enclave of Srebrenica in July 1995, but that this was the work of the Bosnian-Serb military, not of the Serbian state.
Hartmann claims that the judges of the Yugoslavia Tribunal kept important evidence from the ICJ judges which could have influenced their decision to clear Serbia of genocide in Bosnia. If Serbia had been found guilty it would probably have been sentenced to pay billions in damages. (...) >>>

In a statement legal counsel Peter Robinson informed today that a press briefing will be held next Monday at the ICTY in The Hague in re of the "Holbrooke Deal" agreed in 1996, immunizing their client from prosecution.
The tribunal however states such an agreement would be irrelevant in the face of international law.

Holbrooke for his part is denying it exists at all, but the lawyers said they will submit proof.

Security services in Serbia and (...) Some of the men sentenced for the 2003 assassination of former Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic, a driving force behind the arrest and extradition of late strongman Slobodan Milosevic to The Hague two years earlier, are said to have been a part of the lobby. BJP: "Court says Dutch not to blame for Srebrenica deaths"
A Dutch court on Wednesday threw out claims from survivors of the 1995 Srebrenica massacre that Dutch U.N. troops guarding the Bosnian town allowed Bosnian Serb forces to murder their relatives. The case was brought by Hasan Nuhanovic and another family who lost relatives during the massacre in which some 8,000 Muslim men and boys were killed. They accuse the Dutch state of negligence over its troops” role in the 1992-95 Bosnian war. The Dutch state said in its defence that the actions of its soldiers should not be attributed to the Netherlands but rather to the United Nations. The court agreed with this view and said in its ruling the behaviour of the Dutch troops should be assessed in the context of the U.N. operation they formed part of. Nuhanovic, a U.N. interpreter who launched his case in 2002, said his father, mother and younger brother were killed after they were expelled from the town’s Dutch military base. He says he was allowed to stay because he had a U.N. identity card. The Netherlands has said its troops were abandoned by the U.N., which gave them no air support. The families” lawyers have said public documents show a network of Dutch military officials within the U.N. blocked air support because they feared their soldiers could be hit by “friendly fire”. (...) Mladic, indicted for genocide over Srebrenica by the U.N. war crimes tribunal in The Hague, is still at large but former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic was captured in Belgrade in July and is now awaiting trial. In a separate suit against the Dutch state and the United Nations filed by about 6,000 relatives of the Srebrenica victims, a Dutch court ruled the U.N. was immune to legal claims. >>>

Here's one example of factual manipulation, an arbitrary timeline, which starts when "Bosnian Serb forces had laid siege to the Srebrenica enclave", and does not mention that part-time paramilitaries ("Muslim men and boys") continually raided the Serbs out of the supposedly neutral territory of the enclave. So much for transnational law.

Serbia To Shortly Ascend to the EU Says SPAIN.
Irrefutable Proof ICTY Is Corrupt Court/Irrefutable Proof the Hague Court Cannot Legitimately Prosecute Karadzic Case
This legal technicality indicates the Hague must dismiss charges against Dr karadzic and
others awaiting trials in the Hague jail; like it or not.
Unfortunately for the Signatures Of the Rome Statute United Nations member states
instituting the ICC & ICTY housed at the Hague, insofar as the, Radovan Karadzic, as
with the other Hague cases awaiting trial there, I personally witnessed these United
Nations member states openly speaking about trading judicial appointments and verdicts
for financial funding when I attended the 2001 ICC Preparatory Meetings at the UN in
Manhattan making the iCTY and ICC morally incapable trying Radovan Karazdic and
others.
I witnessed with my own eyes and ears when attending the 2001 Preparatory Meetings to
establish an newly emergent International Criminal Court, the exact caliber of criminal
corruption running so very deeply at the Hague, that it was a perfectly viable topic of
legitimate conversation in those meetings I attended to debate trading verdicts AND
judicial appointments, for monetary funding.
Jilly wrote:*The rep from Spain became distraught and when her country’s proposal was
not taken to well by the chair of the meeting , then Spain argued in a particularly loud
and noticably strongly vocal manner, “Spain (my country) strongly believes if we
contribute most financial support to the Hague’s highest court, that ought to give us and
other countries feeding it financially MORE direct power over its decisions.”
Instead of censoring the country representative from Spain for even bringing up this unjust, illegal and unfair judicial idea of bribery for international judicial verdicts and judicial appointments, all country representatives present in the meeting that day all treated the Spain proposition as a ”totally legitimate topic” discussed and debated it between each other for some time. I was quite shocked!
The idea was "let's discuss it." "It's a great topic to discuss."
Some countries agreed with Spain’s propositions while others did not. The point here is, bribery for judicial verdicts and judicial appointments was treated as a totally legitimate topic instead of an illegitimate topic which it is in the meeting that I
attended in 2001 that day to establish the ground work for a newly emergent international criminal court.
In particular., since "Spain" was so overtly unafraid in bringing up this topic of trading
financial funding the ICC for influence over its future judicial appointments and verdicts
in front of every other UN member state present that day at the UN, "Spain" must have already known by previous experience the topic of bribery was "socially acceptable" for conversation that day. They must have previously spoke about bribing the ICTY and ICC
before in meetings; this is my take an international sociological honor student.
SPAIN's diplomatic gesture of international justice insofar as, Serbia, in all of this is,
disgusting morally!
SPAIN HAS TAUGHT THE WORLD THE TRUE DEFINITION OF AN
"INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT."
